• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry.
• Booking a consultation: when using the booking calendar (Calendly), the data provided through that service (name, email and, where applicable, other data requested by Calendly's own form) is processed directly by Calendly, under its own privacy policy, for the purpose of scheduling the consultation.
• Browsing the site: technical data collected by cookies strictly necessary for the site to function, as described in section 6.

No special category (sensitive) data is collected through this site. Where, in the context of an enquiry or a consultation, a user shares information about their legal matter, that information is handled with the confidentiality arising from the exercise of the legal profession and professional secrecy.

3. Legal basis and retention period

Processing of data submitted through the contact form is based on the data subject's consent, given expressly when submitting the form. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and, where a client relationship results, for the period required by the legal and professional-conduct obligations applicable to the practice of law. Once these periods lapse, the data is deleted or anonymized.

4. Recipients and third-party services

The site and its forms rely on the following third-party services, which act as recipients or processors of the data strictly necessary for their function:

• FormSubmit — forwarding contact-form messages to the office email.
• Calendly — managing the consultation booking calendar.
• Google Fonts — loading the typefaces used in the site's design.

Personal data is not sold, transferred, or used for marketing or advertising purposes towards third parties.
